Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) is a standarized international tool to assess the institutional capacity of any organization. The assessment yield both an organizational profile and quantitative measures that present a baseline from which to track the future evolution of the organization along a development continuum.
Nepal Participatory Action Network (NEPAN) as being a Intermediary Service Organization (ISO) organized OCA of NSET-N which is a well known NGO-ahead various INGOs in many respects, and Civil Society Organization(CSO) from 29th May to 2nd June 2017. After the completion of five days OCA program, NEPAN analyzed the outcomes of the assessment and some key findings were made on it. Thus, the sharing of those key findings were presented on 28th June 2017 at NSET office, Bhainsipati.
